Proposed Amendments to Marion County Small Claims Rules
On September 4, 2012, Judge Louis F. Rosenberg, of Marion County Circuit Court issued an order shortening the notice and comment period for proposed amendments to Marion County Small Claims rules.
The comment period began September 4, 2012, and will close on October 5, 2012.
The proposed rules, if adopted, will make significant changes to the practices of the Marion County Small Claims Courts and will go into effect January 1, 2013.
Clients are advised to review these proposed rules and submit their comments to the Court or to contact the law firm of Welch & Company if you need further assistance.
