Prior to entering law school, Mr. Welch was a political consultant working for Bailey Political Consulting in Princeton, New Jersey.


 

E. Phillip Gregg

Phil is admitted to the Indiana State Bar, United States District Courts, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Mr. Gregg received his undergraduate degree from Ball State University before earning his law degree from the Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis. Prior to entering law school, Mr. Gregg was a member of the Hartford City Police Department and taught high school in the Muncie Community School Corporation.  Mr. Gregg regularly represents creditors in both State Courts as well as Federal Bankruptcy Court on matters such as collections, foreclosures, replevins, relief from stay and non-dischargeability actions.  Additionally, Mr. Gregg continues to represent clients in criminal matters.  Mr. Gregg is a member of the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Delaware County and is currently serving as the Board's Chairman.

Mr. Gregg lives in Yorktown and enjoys travel, scuba diving and spending time with his wife and two sons.

Anthony D. Rufatto

Anthony Rufatto is admitted to the Indiana State Bar, United States District courts, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.  Mr. Rufatto received undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Economics from Purdue University prior to earning his law degree from the Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis. He has earned Series 7 and 63 financial securities licenses.  Prior to joining Welch and Company, LLC, Mr. Rufatto built a practice in the areas of consumer bankruptcy and landlord/tenant matters, and after serving as Deputy Prosecutor of Delaware County, he added criminal defense to his practice and handles both private clients and regular appointments as a public defender.  Since joining the firm, his practice has again expanded to include creditor's rights issues such as collection, foreclosures and replevin.

Mr. Rufatto lives in Fishers and enjoys playing ice hockey, auto racing and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Julie Fuson

Julie Fuson is admitted to practice before the Indiana State Bar, United States District courts, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Ms. Fuson is also a Certified Civil Mediator. She received her undergraduate degree from Indiana University in 2005 and her law degree from Indiana University-Indianapolis School of Law in 2009. During law school, she clerked at an Indianapolis law firm specializing in mortgage foreclosure and creditor's rights. Ms. Fuson enjoys spending time with friends and family and is actively involved with the ASPCA.
